Nutritional and holistic approach to health
The body is what carries us from the beginning to the end of the life cycle. Just like thoughts, the body evolves with time, environment, experience and what it feeds on.
Eating habits are often overlooked and yet over many years they have a great positive/negative impact on our physical and mental health.
I have studied Biomedicine, Nutrition science and did my clinical practice at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, where I developed my knowledge and skills to provide a professional and science-based service.
My mission as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist is to make the connection between the chemistry of food and the human body to identify the causality between the symptoms and the root cause of the disease. I combine the approach of naturopathy and holistic medicine to find the source of the condition you come for.
I offer an educational approach, allowing you to be mindful to your long-term health by understanding the root cause of your symptoms and illnesses.
I will work with you to achieve your goals by analysing your eating habits and developing a nutritional plan to improve your health.
Some of the main conditions we can work on:
Weight management
Gut health & inflammatory condition support
Chronic Fatigue - Energy Level
Healthy ageing
PCOS - Polycystic ovary syndrome
Endometriosis
Hormone balance
Detoxification & skin support - skin nutrition plan
General health balance
Hippocrates
The issue of health and environment has always been at the centre of my concerns. The negative impact of the industrialisation of our food is no longer a secret, more and more people are sensitive to what they eat and how it is produced, and I sincerely believe that this awareness grew with the increasing number of people failing ill.
Being a former professional in the tech industry in London as a telecommunications engineer, I could see how we feed ourselves on nutrient-poor and low-quality foods without noticing it.
As I started my studies for my master’s degree in Management and Marketing, I decided in 2019 that I had to change my career towards an activity that made sense for me, a path where I could help others and thrive at the same time.
It was then that I decided to enrol in Health and Nutrition Education at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London.
These 3 years of study and practice as a student have shown me how much nutrition is the pillar of our health and how we all should raise our awareness in regards to what we eat to optimize our health.
Transmitting what I learned to others became my priority during my consultations. I am completely dedicated to work with you for your own health, but also to explain the source of your symptoms to help you manage your own long-term health and well-being.
By booking a consultation, you will need to fill a pre-consultation document reviewing your health history and your nutritional habits.
