Naturopathic Nutrition

Nutritional and holistic approach to health

I am a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine  of London, where I have studied biomedicine, nutrition science, complete my clinical practice, and developed my knowledge and skills to provide a professional and science-based service.

I choose to specialise in gastrointestinal health which contribute to our overall balance, from inflammation, mental condition, skin disorder to immune system and many more condition, our intestine is the key to live a healthy life.

Eating habits are often overlooked and yet over many years they have a great positive or negative impact on our physical and mental health.

We must remember that the body is what carries us from the beginning to the end of the life cycle. Just like thoughts, the body evolves with time, environment, experience and what it feeds on.

My mission as a Naturopathic Nutritionist is to make the connection between the chemistry of food and the human body to identify the causality between the symptoms and the disease.

I combine the approach of naturopathy and functional medicine to find the source of the condition you come for.

I offer an educational approach, allowing you to be mindful to your long-term health.

I will work with you to achieve your goals by analysing your eating habits and developing a nutritional plan to improve your health.

Other conditions we can work on:

The issue of health and environment has always been at the centre of my concerns. The negative impact of the industrialisation of our food is no longer a secret, more and more people are sensitive to what they eat and how it is produced, and I sincerely believe that this awareness grew with the increasing number of people failing ill.

Being a former professional in the tech industry in London as a telecommunications engineer, I could see how we feed ourselves on nutrient-poor and low-quality foods without noticing it.

As I started my studies for my master’s degree in Management and Marketing, I decided in 2019 that I had to change my career towards an activity that made sense for me, a path where I could help others and thrive at the same time.

It was then that I decided to enrol in Health and Nutrition Education at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London.

When I discovered Naturopathy, I questionned all the medical system. Why the present medical system is only focusing on the symptoms and not the root cause? Why there is people on pills all their life for chronic diseases? It was clear that a disease does not fall from the sky, it always has a reason and the majority of the time this condition can be reduced when stopping or strengthening the root cause.

My 3 years of study and practice as a student have shown me how much nutrition is the pillar of our health and how we all should raise our awareness in regards to what we eat to optimize our health.

Transmitting what I learned to others became my priority during my consultations. As a Naturopathic Nutritionist, I am completely dedicated to work with you for your health, and explain the source of your symptoms to help you manage your own long-term health and well-being.
