I chose to specialise in gastrointestinal health, as it contributes to our overall balance, from inflammation to mental conditions, skin disorders, immune system disorders, and much more, our intestine is the key to living a healthy life.

MY STORY, MY VISION
The issue of health and the environment has always been at the center of my concerns. The negative impact of the industrialisation of our food is no longer a secret, more and more people are sensitive to what they eat and how it is produced, and I sincerely believe that this awareness grew with the increasing number of people becoming ill.
Being a former professional in the tech industry in London as a telecommunications engineer, I could see how we feed ourselves on nutrient-poor and low-quality foods without noticing it.
As I started my studies for my master’s degree in Management and Marketing, I decided in 2019 that I had to change my career towards an activity that made sense to me, a path where I could help others and thrive at the same time.
It was then that I decided to enroll in Health and Nutrition Education at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London.
When I discovered Naturopathy, I questioned the medical system. Why the present medical system is only focusing on the symptoms and not the root cause? Why there are people on pills all their lives for chronic diseases? It was clear that a disease does not fall from the sky, it always has a reason, and the majority of the time this condition can be reduced when stopping or strengthening the root cause.
My 3 years of study and practice as a student have shown me how much nutrition is the pillar of our health and how we all should raise our awareness in regard to what we eat to optimize our health.
SERVICES
Working on our health takes time and requires commitment. When we change habits there are chemical reactions inside our body that are not often seen immediately. For example, our intestine cells renew every 5 days and our skin needs 30-40 days to renew the epidermis layer (the visible part of the skin).
